Hi, i joined this sight trying to figure out how many calories are REALLY in some of hte food i eat and i was surprised. I'm trying to cut back on the processed foods.

Recently i weighed myself and was surprised that i'm technically viewed as underweight, but don't look thin in the slightest. I'm trying to gain around 10 pounds by eating calorie-dense foods and exercising, but still trying to figure out a good exercise plan :) add me as a friend!
